All products, services, and deliveries are provided only within India.

However, actual product colours, finish, or appearance may vary slightly.

  • Cancel an order if the product is unavailable or information is incorrect

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, it is treated as an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline the order at our discretion.

We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking via Razorpay.

You must ensure your payment and contact details are accurate for successful delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control.

Once an order is handed over to the courier, the risk passes to the buyer.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Our return and replacement rules are simple and transparent:

A. Returns (Unused / Unopened Items)

A return is accepted only if the product:

  • Is unused and uninstalled
  • Has original sealed packaging
  • Is in the same condition as delivered

After verification, you may choose:

  • Replacement → Free, no delivery charge
  • Refund → Delivery/shipping charges are deducted

B. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share photos/videos of the product and packaging

You may choose:

  • Free Replacement → No delivery charge
  • Refund → Delivery/shipping charges deducted

We cannot process returns/refunds if the product is used, installed, or packaging is missing or tampered.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Shopify for our online store and Razorpay for payments.
Their terms may apply when using those services.

We are not responsible for actions or content of any third-party websites linked from our store.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, product details, and logos—is owned by Shree Anjaneya Hardware and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
