Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Shree Anjaneya Hardware, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Please read our updated policy below:


1. Return Policy (Unused / Unopened Products)

You can return a product only if it is in the exact same condition as delivered, meaning:

  • Original packaging is sealed and not opened
  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
  • All accessories/manuals are intact

After we receive and verify the product, you can choose:

A. Replacement

  • Replacement is free of cost
  • No delivery charge applies

B. Refund

  • Refund is provided to your original payment method
  • Delivery/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount

2. Damaged / Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for both:

A. Free Replacement

  • No delivery or pickup charge

B. Refund

  • Refund will be issued after verification of damage
  • Delivery/shipping charges will be deducted
    (Packing & courier fees are non-refundable)

To request a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the damage and outer packaging

3. When Replacements or Refunds Cannot Be Provided

  • Product used, installed, or physically damaged after delivery
  • Packaging opened or missing
  • Accessories/manuals missing
  • Request made after 48 hours for damaged items
